Peranan hadis ḍaʻīf dalam kitab al-Muntaqā karya Ibn al-Jārūd

چکیده

Kitab al-Muntaqā min al-Sunan al-Musnadah karya Abū Muḥammad ‘Abd Allah bin ‘Ali al-Jārūd al- Naysābūrī (m. 307 H) dikenali sebagai salah satu himpunan hadis hukum yang sangat teliti dalam memastikan kesahihan hadis. Meskipun begitu, didapati sekurang-kurangnya 82 ḍaʻīf kitab ini sekali gus mencetuskan persoalan tentang fungsi dan kegunaan hadis-hadis tersebut. Dengan mengamati kedudukan tersebut penyusunan al-Muntaqā, makalah bermaksud mengenal pasti konsepsi Ibn berkenaan peranan perbahasan hukum. Penyelidikan bertumpu sepenuhnya kepada metode kepustakaan dengan mengamalkan kaedah analisis kualitatif. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa setiap dibawakan oleh memainkan halus beliau. Hadis memang tidak diterima hujah secara independen, akan tetapi memiliki kelayakan sokongan. sering menggunakan galakan ancaman (targhīb wa tarhīb), serta sokongan maklumat melengkapkan, memerinci mentafsirkan kandungan sahih. Dapatan menyokong pandangan jumhur ulama menolak mutlak ḍaʻīf, menggunakannya berhati-hati.
